Cut warehouse energy costs by up to 40% — measured, delivered and proved.

Distribution facilities run lighting, heating and refrigeration at scale — often on systems that haven't been properly measured in years. EKO19 starts by putting monitoring across every circuit to find where the waste is, then deploys solar, LED and battery storage to close it. No upfront capital required. Results measured and proved throughout.

La sfida

magazzini e logistica devono affrontare

Lighting runs 24/7 — whether the warehouse is occupied or not

Most distribution facilities have never installed occupancy sensing or daylight control on their lighting. Running high-bay fittings continuously in a partially occupied building is typically the single largest and most easily eliminated energy cost on site — and the one with the fastest payback.

Large roofs are sitting empty

Warehouse roofs are among the most productive surfaces for solar in the UK. A 25,000–100,000 sq ft roof can generate enough to offset 30–50% of annual electricity consumption. Most sit completely unused, generating no return and offering no protection against rising grid prices.

EV fleet charging is arriving faster than the grid can cope

Fleet electrification is accelerating. Installing EV charging without smart load management risks triggering costly grid reinforcement works. The window to get ahead of this — before demand becomes urgent — is now, and the solution is load balancing, not more grid capacity.

Come possiamo aiutare

Le soluzioni giuste per
magazzini e logistica

Solar Energy

Large-scale rooftop solar sized around your actual operational demand — including refrigerated storage, conveyor systems and 24/7 loads. We model your consumption profile before designing the system.
